After 100 days of joining the UNICEF Team, you will receive a separate parcel containing the 4 charms. If your monthly donation is changed to HK$380 or below, or is canceled, the charms will not be sent.

    How do I receive a UNICEF TEAM Bracelet?

    The UNICEF TEAM bracelet is a token of appreciation from UNICEF HK for donors who sign up in the "UNICEF TEAM Monthly Donation Programme". Donations made to other programmes will not be eligible for the UNICEF TEAM bracelet.
    - A monthly donation of HK$380 or above entitles you to one UNICEF TEAM bracelet and a Peace BLUE Charm. (Each sign-up includes 1 bracelet amd 1 Peace BLUE Charm only. Distribution of UNICEF TEAM bracelet and Charms are limited subject to availability.)
    - To receive 2 or more bracelets, please sign up separately.
    - Should the monthly donation be terminated or amended for any reason prior to the dispatch of the UNICEF TEAM bracelet or Charm, the UNICEF TEAM bracelet or Charm shall not be provided.
    - Bracelets are not provided for one-time donations and other donation programmes. Please be sure to choose “UNICEF TEAM Monthly Donation Programme”.

    What are the materials and sizes of the UNICEF TEAM bracelet?

    - UNICEF bracelet material
    Made of Hypoallergenic stainless steel, it has virtually no risk of causing allergic reactions and is harmless to the human body.
    - UNICEF bracelet size
    The total length is approximately 21.5cm, making it a one-size-fits-all piece suitable for all ages and genders. The adjustable ring allows you to customize the fit to your wrist size.

    How do I receive the additional charms?

    If you make 3 additional monthly donations within 6 months after making your first monthly donation (4 donations in total), we will send you 4 additional charms (Promise BLACK, Forever LETTERING, Sunshine GOLD, Twinkle STAR) as a token of our appreciation.

    How do I receive the Special Edition charm?

    Self Photos / Files - 1-1 SECRET Charm Only

    - Please upload a photo or video of yourself wearing the UNICEF TEAM bracelet in your daily life to your personal social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Rednote). In your post/story, tag @UNICEF_HK and include the hashtag #UNICEFTEAM, then set the post to public. Afterwards, DM your post/story's screenshot with your Donation Reference Number to UNICEF HK's FB/IG/Threads. We will deliver the a Special Edition charm via SF Express as a token of our appreciation.

    - Please note: UNICEF HK may use your post or screenshot for UNICEF TEAM promotional purposes, but personal information (such as social media account names and ID) will be partially removed.

    When will the UNICEF TEAM bracelets be delivered?

    After your first donation, the UNICEF TEAM Bracelet will be sent via SF Express within 15 -20 working days. To track your parcel, please download the SF Express mobile app.

    I did not receive my UNICEF TEAM Bracelet

    If you do not receive the UNICEF TEAM Bracelet after 30 business days from the first donation date, please email us at [email protected] with your name, donation reference ID, and contact information, and we will assist you.
    ● UNICEF TEAM bracelet will not be sent in the following cases:
    - Your donation payment could not be debited.
    - Your monthly donation is changed to below HK$380 before the UNICEF TEAM bracelet is sent.
    - Cancellation of the monthly donation before the UNICEF TEAM bracelet is sent.
    ● UNICEF TEAM Charms will not be sent in the following cases:
    - Fail to complete 3 more donations within 6 months after the first donation (a total of 4 successful transactions).
    - You monthly donation is changed to below HK$380 before the UNICEF TEAM Charms is sent.
    - Cancellation of the monthly donation before the UNICEF TEAM Charm is sent.

    Can I change the address where I will receive my UNICEF TEAM bracelet?

    The shipping address can be changed on your SF Express mobile app after the parcel is shipped. Please note changing shipping address might incur extra shipping fee. The extra shipping fee has to be settled by the recipient.

    Can I receive UNICEF TEAM bracelet outside Hong Kong SAR?

    Delivery service is limited to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. No delivery will be arranged for addresses outside the Hong Kong SAR.

    When will my account be debited for monthly donation?

    Monthly donations are typically processed around the 10th of each month. If your donation payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you to rearrange the donation process.

    If you wish to update or cancel your monthly donation, please contact us at 2833-6139 or email [email protected].
